Install the Export Notes - Admin License by double clicking the setup icon
Then you will notice 2 icons will be auto generated in your Programs Menu as shown below:
Then double click the first icon (Export Lister). Then following screen will appear as follows:
Then We will suggest you to place or collect all your NSF files in one folder
Then click Select Folder... button in Export Lister screen. Then following screen appears:
Then select the folder, where you have kept or collected all the NSF files and click Ok button
Then Export Lister will display the list of NSF files found in the selected folder as follows:
Then click on Create File... button to create .EXL file and save the .EXL file in a safest location. Close the Export Lister tool
Then Open Export Notes by clicking the following icon:
Following screen appears:
Click on Browse button to select .exl file. and choose Outlook format to save, then click on Start Export button. Software will start exporting the nsf files to pst files as shown below:
