Is Excel required to convert excel contacts to Outlook?

While converting Excel contacts list to Outlook contacts, your system require the following software installed:

1. MS Excel 2007/2003/2002/XP/2000 or 97
2. Configured POP3 email account in MS Outlook 2007/2003/2002/XP/2000 or 97.

In case any of the above software is not there in your system, Excel to Outlook software will not work.
